Period-home specialists
Victorian, Edwardian & Federation homes are our craft — we add modern space while honouring the character you love.
Sustainable & energy-efficient
Warmer, quieter, lower-running homes — performance and comfort built into every project, not bolted on.
Built for comfort & performance
Healthier, more comfortable homes — occupant comfort, air quality and long-term building performance, considered from the start.
Craftsmanship that lasts
Thoughtful detailing and quality work, delivered with care — homes families love today and admire for generations.
Keep the character. Lose the draughts.
Period homes are beautiful — and often cold, draughty and tiring to live in through a Melbourne winter. We retrofit them for modern comfort with double glazing, insulation, draught-sealing and efficient, all-electric heating, all done sympathetically to your home's era — so it stays the home you love, just warmer and quieter.
